PROJECT COST INR 127.33 Lacs. / USD 1,69,940.67

SCOPE OF WORK The development of the area has been divided into following subheads:

  • Landscaping the whole area

  • Conservation of the ancient temples

  • Construction of RCC retaining wall

  • Construction of a gateway to the area in relation to the existing bate gateway of the Lal Bagh Palace

  • External lighting (night illuminations)

  • Water huts

  • Toilet block

  • Police post (help desk)

  • Shoe stores

  • Florists/ Pooja materials shops

  • Development of sitting areas

  • Fountains to add to the beauty of area

  • Developments of the pathways parking lots
