Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from our services or communications shall be resolved exclusively through confidential, binding arbitration administered via a recognized digital arbitration forum (e.g., Presolv360, CADRE) under the laws of India, with venue in Indore, Madhya Pradesh; both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action.
