About Client: The Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited is an Undertaking of Government of the state of Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for management of a network of over 22,000 km of National Highways, State Highways and Major District Roads in Madhya Pradesh.
Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MPRDC) was incorporated as a wholly government owned company under The Companies Act 1956. The Company has received a Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh on July 14 and August 11, 2004 respectively. Presently paid up share capital of Company is Rs. 20 Crore.
MPRDC was looking for Feasibility Report and Detailed Design for the development of 150 seated Medical College of Graduate Level associated with 750 Bedded Hospital including Nursing, Boys & Girls Hostels, Residential Complex, Guest House and Site Infrastructure development such as Roads, Sewer Line, Electrification, Water Supply etc. Project Location: Vidisha, Bhopal Project Cost: INR 350 Cr./ USD 4,65,45,345.00 Building Typologies:

Guest House AJA Approach and Solution: Azad Jain & Associates was able to provide a comprehensive solution that involved the Feasibility Report and the detailed design & drawings for the development. The Project involved a close observation to ensure that the construction did not affect their surroundings. AJA analyzed the requirements, visited the site and provided Consultancy Services as per Standard laid down by Medical Council of India (MCI) on BOT (Annuity Basis) at Vidisha (M.P.) News/Articles: 1. Three new medical colleges to be set up in MP. This is for first time after creation of MP, that med colleges have been opened at district headquarters other than RAJBHOGI cities (Bhopal, Gwalior Jabalpur, Indore). 2. Three new medical colleges, each with a 750-bed hospital, will come up in Ratlam, Shahdol and Vidisha districts of Madhya Pradesh. 4. Giving this information, an official release said here today that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan laid the foundation stone for the college at Ratlam on July 24, Shahdol on September 14 and Vidisha on September 22. 5. Each medical college will have 150 seats along with a 750-bed hospital attached to it. This is for the first time after creation of Madhya Pradesh, that medical colleges have been opened at district headquarters other than RAJBHOGI cities (Bhopal, Gwalior Jabalpur and Indore). 6. Concerned collectors have reserved required land for the new medical colleges. Land measuring 30 acre has been earmarked at Ratlam, 30.77 hectare at Shahdol and 16.735 hectare at Vidisha, the release said. 7. For setting up these medical colleges, the state government has provisioned Rs 75 lakh at the rate of Rs 25 lakh each in its supplementary budget for year 2013-14 for initial construction works.
