CLIENT NAME MPRDC ABOUT CLIENT The Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited is an Undertaking of Government of the state of Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for management of a network of over 22,000 km of National Highways, State Highways and Major District Roads in Madhya Pradesh.


Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd. (MPRDC) was incorporated as a wholly government owned company under The Companies Act 1956. The Company has received a Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh on July 14 and August 11, 2004 respectively. Presently paid up share capital of Company is Rs. 20 Crore.
